About the event

Celebrate the art of effervescence

Step into our Tuscan-inspired wine cellar and experience wine the way it was meant to be — intimate, expressive, and deeply rooted in place. Join us for a vibrant and elegant masterclass dedicated to Italy’s most celebrated sparkling wines!

Italy is not only about prosecco! Discover the elegance and complexity of Metodo Classico, Italy’s answer to Champagne, with a curated selection of premium sparkling wines from regions like Franciacorta and beyond.

Guided by Sommelier Alice Massaria, you’ll explore the different methods of sparkling wine production, regional styles and varieties used. Whether you’re a bubbles lover or simply curious, this is your chance to dive deeper into what makes Italian sparkling wines so diverse and expressive.

Have burning questions about wine? This is the perfect time to ask. No pretence, no pressure — just meaningful wines and good conversation.

Know more about Alice Massaria, multi-awarded sommelier and winner of best wine list Australia 2019.
