The purpose of Bottega is to let Australia know the Italian biodiversity, the real taste of Italy importing products from 30 small producers from 12 regions of Italy. Bottega 1900 is your Italian deli online.
The products are not widely distributed and are not to be found in supermarkets, but only in niche boutique shops.
Most of our products are used by Italian Michelin Star Chefs in their restaurants and we decided to bring these products to Australia. Our selection leaves no room for improvisation, but a careful selection of 30 Italian producers from more than 12 different regions.
