Saveria Pozzuto, everything started from her.
Saveria started this business by herself (now they are 14 women!) believing that the way to get to the people heart is the simplicity thru authentic taste. A passion for her land and fruits, an idea to bring to life the essence of a land, her Puglia, in the simplest way possible growing tomatoes old school.
The tomatoes are ripened at the right stage, nothing has added to the tomatoes no salt no sugar no preservative nor coloring.
This is why the tomatoes maintain the sweet and their intense and authentic taste. Among her conserves you can find the tomato passata and the Spaccatella, hand-crashed tomatoes, great on bruschetta or to add to any pasta main.
