“I’ve received the incorrect item or in a damaged condition”
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Bottega 1900 please notify us at in**@bo*********.au as soon as possible, so we can supply you with the correct goods straight away.

Bottega 1900 will request that you return the incorrect items in the original intact packaging. On receipt at our warehouse of the intact returned goods, potential free item for incorrect shipment.

and within 10 days, Bottega 1900 will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.

What happen if I’ve ordered the wrong item? 

If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us at in**@bo*********.au to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Bottega 1900 will issue a full refund for the goods within 30 days.

The items must be received at our warehouse in a resalable condition in the original undamaged packaging.

I changed my mind, I would like a refund, before the order has been dispatched.

There is a $5 fee process for refund. The refund will take 5-8 business days for to be processed and 3-5 days before it will show up in your bank account.

There is a $15 fee process for the refund plus the delivery costs at customer’s expense to Bottega 1900 warehouse in NSW 2100 postcode.

If the package and the items are in the same conditions that have been dispatched, so in perfect conditions, the order will be refund minus the $15 process fee.

The refund will take 5-8 business days for to be processed and 3-5 days before it will show up in your bank account.

If the items are not in a resalable conditions, Bottega 1900 will not proceed with the refund and the $15 process fee must be paid by the customer.

“I’ve received the incorrect item”
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Bottega 1900 and you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify Bottega 1900 strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Bottega 1900 will request that you return the incorrect items in the original carton. On receipt of the intact returned goods, and within 30 days, Bottega 1900 will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.

Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

 If it is eligible, it takes 5-8 business days for the refund to be processed.

 
All refunds or exchanges in our policy last 10 days. After 10 days since the receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at in**@bo*********.au.
