“I’ve received the incorrect item or in a damaged condition”
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Bottega 1900 please notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible, so we can supply you with the correct goods straight away.
Bottega 1900 will request that you return the incorrect items in the original intact packaging. On receipt at our warehouse of the intact returned goods, potential free item for incorrect shipment.
and within 10 days, Bottega 1900 will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.
“I’ve ordered the wrong item”
If you have ordered the wrong item, the client is just eligible for an exchange under the below conditions:
Return shipment for ordering the incorrect item/s and the shipment related to the replaced item will be entirely at the expense of the customer.
The items must be received at our warehouse in a resaleable condition in the original undamaged packaging.
What happen if I’ve ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Le Pont Wine Stores will issue a full refund for the goods within 30 days.
“I’ve received the incorrect item”
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Le Pont Wine Stores and you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify Le Pont Wine Stores strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Le Pont Wine Stores will request that you return the incorrect items in the original carton. On receipt of the intact returned goods, and within 30 days, Le Pont Wine Stores will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.
All refunds or exchanges in our policy last 10 days. After 10 days since the receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If it is eligible, it takes 5-8 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Ordered the wrong item
If you ordered the wrong item, no refund will be provide, but just an exchange. However, If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
