This Chickpeas Pasta Gluten Free is suitable for vegans and is high in protein, making this gourmet pasta a milestone of the Mediterranean Diet which based on legumes, Mediterranean ancient grains and veggies and fruit.

It’s made using artisan methods and dried at a low temperature by one of the oldest Pastificio in Italy established in 1860.
