Innovative and increasingly popular and versatile balsamic in the kitchen.

Flowing in consistency, it has a straw-yellow colour. Its aroma is fruity and initially acidulous, then mellowing into a pleasant vanilla note due to the ageing in ash barriques.

On the palate it enters with sweetness, soft and delicate, with a finely acidic note and an aftertaste of white fruits and green apple.


Great on salads, for marination, on oysters and raw seafood.
