Along the Adriatic edge of Italy, where sea light meets mountain air, olive cultivation unfolds with discretion and depth. Marche and Abruzzo are not regions that seek attention, yet among experts they are revered for extra virgin olive oils of precision, fragrance, and composure.

This curated trio reveals the character of the territory through distinctive voices: the coastal imprint of Salsedine by Frantoio Giocondo, the aristocratic elegance of Ascolana Tenera, the measured structure of Gentile di Chieti, and the refined intensity of Sublimis from Frantoio Agostini. Together, they demonstrate how landscape becomes flavour.

Here, the Adriatic — and the dramatic Costa dei Trabocchi — shapes oils defined by clarity, energy, and aromatic lift, offering a journey for palates drawn to detail rather than spectacle.
