Basilio Pompiji was Claudia´s uncle, a vicarial Cardinal who was based in Giano since the first half of the nineteenth Century.
Basilio italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is dedicated to him; it is obtained from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and San Felice, olives harvested in November.
Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Basilio is organically grown. It has a very intense and harmonious flavors with a fruity and artichoke heart aroma.

About Giano Dell’Umbria
In Giano All’Umbria, the olive tree finds a particularly favorable microclimate. In 1888 the area cultivated with olive trees was almost 50% of the territorial area. Here an autochthonous variety is cultivated, which gives a fruity, slightly bitter oil with delicate herbaceous notes.
