Terra Solata is a wine and extra virgin olive oil maker located in Trani, Puglia. They just use autoctone grapes and olive varieties like Primitivo, Bombino and Falanghina for making wines and Ogliarola for EVOO. They also collaborate with one of the oldest artisan ¨forno¨ bakery in Bari specialised in Taralli Pugliesi.
