Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pala is obtained from a Blend of Sicilian cultivars, in which the structure of the Nocellara del Belice prevails.
The olives are harvested by hand as in the past, avoiding to damage and stress the fruit, which will be transformed into oil a few hours after the harvest.
Pala is characterized by notes of artichoke and Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Elegant and tonic on the palate. The bitter and spicy are lively and balanced. Pala represents the perfumes, the colors, the light of our land. A concentrate of Sicily!

It is suitable for any use, especially raw on summer salads of tomato, mozzarella, raw and grilled fish.
