A scientific study conducted by Policlinico Gemelli in Rome (Department of Advanced Nutrition in Oncology) and published in the scientific journal Nutriens, concluded that patients with gluten intolerance (non-celiacs) recorded lower values of gastrointestinal and extraintestinal symptoms after eating the Senatore Cappelli wheat variety compared to a standard commercial wheat.
