Traditional Friselle Pugliesi 300g Zio Pasquale

Traditional Puglian friselle made with Italian wheat flour and wholemeal Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina. Light and crisp, they are perfect for an aperitivo or a simple Mediterranean meal. Briefly soak them in water, then top with extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes and salt.

Ingredients: Italian Type 1 WHEAT flour 40%, wholemeal Senatore Cappelli durum WHEAT semolina 27%, salt, fresh yeast.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
