Calzone Taralli Onion & Sultana Zio Pasquale 280g

Traditional Taralli made with ancient grain Senatore Cappelli.

Ingredients: Italian soft WHEAT flour 51%, Senatore Cappelli durum WHEAT semolina 28%, Verdeca white wine 16% (SULPHITES), olive oil, extra virgin olive oil 6%, salt, onion (1%), sultana raisins (1%), fresh yeast.

A traditional Apulian product like the calzone takes the shape of small, crumbly and flavorful taralli. Onion, sultana raisins, Apulian extra virgin olive oil, and Apulian white wine. Simple ingredients, unmistakable taste!

Storage: when properly stored in their original packaging and kept in a cool, dry place, our taralli have a shelf life of six months. We use only 100% natural preservatives, such as extra virgin olive oil and white wine.

No dyes, preservatives or other alien substances are added.
