We constantly strive to obtain the highest quality and naturalness of the product, even at the expense of quantity. The entire production cycle takes place in the farm, under our eyes, from the owned vineyards to the bottling of the finished product, respecting the nature that surrounds us. We enjoy making some extra virgin olive oil.
Terroir
• SOUL Our vineyards are located on Modena Hills, on a clay-calcareous soul. We call this area “Alta Modena”
• CLIMATE Hot in summer, cold in winter. Fresh air brought by River Panaro that flows in the valley.
• MENTALITY Passion, patience, obstinacy, reverence for tradition and healthy balance of perfectionism and obsession, carried on from generation to generation. In one word: “Modenesità”.
• WOOD Our Balsamic ages in prestigious barrels made of typical woods like oak, chestnut, juniper, acacia, ash, mulberry, cherry.
The estate
The company is located in the village of Marano sul Panaro, in the province of Modena (Emilia Romagna), among the suggestive hills of Villabianca. The Lambrusco Grasparossa and Trebbiano vineyards lie on clayey limestone hills. Olive groves, hazelnut groves and woods surround the rows of grapes, creating a unique ecosystem, where flora and fauna are the masters.
