This natural red is made with minimal intervention, allowing the true nature of the grape and terroir to shine. Fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and aged in steel, the wine is unfiltered and bottled with little to no added sulfites.

Fresh and mineral, perfect for drinking throughout the meal. Grapes are carefully selected and vinified spontaneously, followed by a 3-day maceration on the skins. The colour is an intense straw yellow with brilliant reflections and the scents are reminiscent of ripe summer fruit, white flowers and citrus peel.
