Rosato Corvagialla – Natural Beauty in a Bottle –  Vegan, Organic & Bottled Without Additives

Rosato Corvagialla is a small-batch, artisanal wine made with a natural touch in Lazio, Italy. Crafted from organically grown Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, this wine is an honest expression of terroir, purity, and minimal intervention. Elegant, fresh, and lively, it’s a rosato that delivers personality and depth in every glass.

Montepulciano grapes are macerated during less that 48 hours and then separated from the skins, while the Sangiovese is directly pressed when entering the winery. The musts are then fermented together in fiber glass tanks where they rest until bottling in March.

DESCRIPTION

Light pink color with delicate floral nose and mouth. Fresh with crisp acidity, salty minerality and a subtle wild finish.
