This is a true natural wine—bottled unfiltered, fermented with native yeasts, and made without additives. It’s a vibrant, rustic expression of the land, full of energy, character, and purity.

DESCRIPTION

Blend of local white grapes from newer and older vines, with a small part a pied de cuve is prepared, the rest pressed and added directly. The wine is allowed to rest in fiber glass tanks until bottling in March. Fruity and fresh.
