 This is the basic philosophy of Theresa Echer plan. At Theresa Eccher, innovation is a return to origins: respect for the territory and the vineyard. And this involves the choice of not doing any chemical treatment and therefore producing organic grapes. They work with native vines, which can give their best in their environment. 

The vinification processes respect the natural evolution of the wine, which is accompanied in the various stages of maturation. The care we put into making wine is that which is due to living things, because for us wine is life, harmony, thought, passion, culture.

A unique Terroir: Etna Volcano

Situated at 800m above see level between Solicchiata and Passopiaciaro on the North side (Versante Nord) of Etna Vulcano , the vineyards include also a pre-philloxera parcel of over 150yo.

Mount Etna is one of the world’s most active volcanoes and is in an almost constant state of activity. The fertile volcanic soils support extensive agriculture, with vineyards and orchards. In June 2013, it was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
