A Curated Selection Beyond Bottle Shops
At Bottega 1900, we don’t stock supermarket wines. Every label on our shelves is handpicked — many of them you’ll only ever see poured at fine dining restaurants. Some come from rare grape varieties grown on volcanic soils, others from small family vineyards with generations of tradition. We even offer wines made from pre-phylloxera vines, untouched by modern grafting — living pieces of viticultural history in a bottle.
I’ve personally worked vintages in places like Sicily and Priorat, learning not just how to select great wines, but how to make them. That experience allows me to bring you wines with soul — expressive, honest, and rooted in place.

We also pair our wines with extra aged balsamic vinegars from Modena and early harvest, high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oils, all cold-extracted for purity and flavor.
All our EVOOs are carefully imported by us from Italy’s best small producers, bringing you exceptional quality and health benefits.
