The wine cellar is curated by Alice Massaria, one of Australia’s top wine professionals.
Former wine director at Sydney icons like Bistecca, The Gidley, and head sommelier at Mr Wong, Uccello, and Saint Peter, Alice was awarded Best Wine List in Australia in 2019 selected over 300 just ITALIAN wines.
She brings a refined but welcoming approach to every tasting, hand-selecting wines that showcase the depth and beauty of Italy’s regions — from elegant Barolo to earthy Montepulciano
