Harvested at peak ripeness, the tomatoes are naturally dried under the southern Italian sun before being carefully preserved in robust Coratina extra virgin olive oil. Known for its vibrant fruitiness and naturally high polyphenol content, Coratina olive oil enhances the tomatoes with fresh herbal notes and a pleasantly balanced finish while helping preserve their exceptional quality.
